Catapult Now, LLC

 

Objective of the Project:

Catapult Now is a business management consulting firm in Louisville, Kentucky. Catapult Now contracted with McNary Group to complete a salary compensation study for several positions in the nine Department for Community Based Service regions in Kentucky.

The Scope of Work:

McNary Group gathered and analyzed publicly available data and conducted primary data collection from a survey and key informant interviews to gather comprehensive salary comparison data to inform hiring at the state level.
